Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at NCAD
Diversity is celebrated and valued at NCAD. We strive towards an environment that is respectful, fair and free of discrimination for all our students, staff and visitors. We are committed to proactive action to eliminate inequalities in our college community through our engagement with the Athena Swan Charter principles and implementing the Framework for Consent.
Speak Out
Speak Out is an online anonymous reporting tool for students, staff and visitors to NCAD to disclose incidents of bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, discrimination, hate crime, coercive behaviour/control, stalking, assault, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and rape. The tool will help you to find relevant supports and highlight formal reporting procedures, should you wish to use them.
It is important to remember that as the tool is completely anonymous, we have no way to identify or make contact with any member of the college community. Should you wish to report an incident to NCAD formally you can view our complaints policy and other relevant staff and student policies here.
